I have never received such quality service from a business. They left there store to have a look at my mower, they talked about my options, costs and potential diagnostics, they gave me a good trade in on my old mower, assembled a new one and left me with a full tank of petrol and new oil. Then I received a call to make sure I had no issues a week later and then a letter with a free pen in it with another copy of warranty in case I lost it. I have never experienced customer care quite like that before and if anyone ever needs one I’ll be sending them your way.read more
