Purchased a 2nd hand mower from these guys almost a year ago. The service and support has been fantastic. I've called them a few times now to find out model specific information to allow me to look after it myself better and they have always been extremely able and willing to provide support. I have never received such quality service from a business. They left there store to have a look at my mower, they talked about my options, costs and potential diagnostics, they gave me a good trade in on my old mower, assembled a new one and left me with a full tank of petrol and new oil. Then I received a call to make sure I had no issues a week later and then a letter with a free pen in it with another copy of warranty in case I lost it. I have never experienced customer care quite like that before and if anyone ever needs one I’ll be sending them your way.read more
